Metal Recovery: Metals such as copper, aluminum, and gold recovered from electronic waste can be used in the manufacturing of new electronic devices or other products. Plastic Recycling: Plastics from electronic waste can be recycled and used in the production of new plastic products.
Process Flow
Conveyor: Used to transport the electronic waste to the next stage of processing. Shredder: Breaks down the electronic waste into smaller pieces, making it easier to separate and process. Magnetic Separator: Removes iron and steel components from the waste stream using magnets. Eddy Current Separator: Separates non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and copper, from the waste stream by inducing currents in them. Air Separator: Uses air to separate lighter materials, such as plastics, from heavier materials like copper and aluminum.

4 . Adopting an integrated semi-closed layout, with an automatic pulse jet type dust removal system, the system realizes safe control and stable operation throughout the process. The dust emission is less than 8mg/m³, protecting the working environment on site.
5. One-touch start of the new intelligent control mode, real-time monitoring of operation. PLC automation control "touch screen + button operation mode", simple operation. The fully automatic mode achieves unmanned operation, reducing errors caused by manual control.

Installation & Training
If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
