Manufacture

When clients agree to the customized design of plants and sign the contract, after they finalize the down payment, our manufacturing department will arrange the production of their equipment immediately. The delivery time is about 30-60 days in general since we receive the down payment.
China has become the global center for biomass equipment manufacturing and processing, with a huge die forging workshop, advanced ring die vacuum quenching furnace, and a complete production chain including several auxiliary equipment manufacturers. HC-Industry has demonstrated its professional strength in the field of biomass equipment manufacturing with independent modern CNC machining centers and the adoption of internationally advanced technologies. HC-Industry is also equipped with professional equipment including CNC laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, flame cutting machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, CNC shearing machines, etc., ensuring the high efficiency of the production process

Packing

HC-Industry Packing Standard: Adopt fumigated-free wooden cases for packing. Use the pine wood or similar material, wood thickness, inside framework material adoption and structure are designed as per equipment characters and weight, to ensure the strength of wooden case and loading and unloading safety. Use the waterproof cloth or roofing felt inside the wooden cases. And provide iron frame protection for those cases if necessary.
Adopt the pallet combination package for the small and medium size cased package.
For the complete plant and large equipment, in order to guarantee the safety during trucking and shipping periods, we adopt nude packing and directly load them into containers by our skilled workers in our factory.

Shipping

After finish the production of all equipment, we will load and deliver the goods to Shanghai port, China.
If necessary, we can organize the sea shipment from China to client’s destination port.
We will take charge of the domestic transportation and custom clearance in China.

Installation

If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.

Maintenance

High availability and long service life are important factors for economic operation of the plant. Regular maintenance of the plant can prevent problem and increase availability.
It is a honor to prepare maintenance plans and provide technical support of the maintenance work for you.
