PRODUCT DETAILS

Introduction
HC-Industry 3-layer Rotary Drum Dryer is a new advanced and high efficiency drum dryer. It is used to process high moisture of materials and suitable for medium and large capacity production. It is available to process wood sawdust, sugar residue, straw, leaves, coconut shell, etc.
The capacity of HC-Industry 3-layers Rotary Drum Dryer is from 3-20 tons/hour, depending on the type of machine and original moisture of raw material.
Working Principle
Raw materials from the feeder into the inner drum, achieve downstream drying. The raw materials in the inner drum (first layer) are constantly turned up by paddle and scattered spiral-running to exchange heat.
The materials move to the other side of the first-layer, come into the second–layer, processing by counter-flow drying. Then the materials keep moving in the second- layer, as two steps forward and one step backward. It makes the materials not only absorb the heat from first-layer drum, but also absorb the heat from second-layer drum. Meanwhile it will prolong the drying time, which makes the materials get the best drying condition.
When the materials move to the other side of second-layer, they will drop into the third-layer. The materials will be moving by rectangular multi-loop way in the third-layer drum. Finally, the qualified dry materials will be quickly discharged under the function of hot air. At this point, finish the drying process.

2. When processing the same capacity, compared with different dryers, this 3-layers drum dryer will take less footprint, easy to transport and installation.
3. Sufficient heat exchange: material and hot air reciprocating cross. The period of heat exchange is longer, energy utilization with high efficiency.
4. Low energy consumption, energy consumption is only one-third of single-layer Drum Dryer, saving drying cost. Assemble external rock wool insulated layer and galvanized steel on drum body.
5. Soft-start system and overload protection in electrical cabinet.

Installation & Training
If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
