Introduction
Our HC Series Four-shaft Shredder is widely used in the biomass waste processing industry, waste plastic/rubber processing industry, waste tire processing industry, scrap metal processing industry, domestic waste processing industry, etc.
According to the different needs of customers, we can not only provide different types of single shredders, but also provide a complete set of equipment production lines and solutions.
Structural Composition
1.Frame and Housing: Provides stability and houses all components. Made from heavy-duty steel.
2.Shredding Chamber: The main area where four interlocking shafts shred materials.
3.Rotating Shafts: Four shafts, equipped with cutting blades, perform the shredding process.
4.Cutting Blades: Made of hardened materials, these blades are attached to the shafts and are crucial for shredding.
5.Drive System: Includes motors and gearboxes that power the shafts, optimizing the shredding efficiency.
6.Control Panel: Manages operations with a PLC for speed control, safety functions, and emergency stops.
7.Feeding System: Ensures consistent and safe delivery of materials into the shredder through a conveyor belt or hopper.
8.Discharge System: Shredded materials exit the machine, typically moving to further processing or storage.
9.Safety Features: Sensors and emergency stops to ensure safe operation.
10.Base and Support Structures: Provides extra stability during operation.
Working principle
A four-shaft shredder utilizes four rotating shafts to enhance the shredding process, suitable for complex and demanding tasks. Materials enter through a hopper and undergo initial shredding by the top two interlocking shafts, which break down the material into larger pieces. These pieces then move to the lower shafts, equipped with finer blades for secondary shredding, achieving smaller, uniform outputs. The shredded material exits through a screen that controls size granularity. The operation, regulated by a control panel, includes safety features to manage feed rate, prevent overloads, and handle jams, making the four-shaft shredder ideal for processing tough materials in secure and high-throughput applications.
Application
1.Various straws, waste wood, garden waste and other biomass materials.
2. Waste household appliances: TV, washing machines, refrigerator casings, etc.
3. Pipes: large pipes, key, PE pipes, etc.
4. Waste templates: wooden pallets, plastic pallets, forklift pallets.
5. Scrap tires: car tires, truck tires, etc.
6. Scrap metal: automobile shells, aluminum alloys, scrap aluminum castings, engine casings, lead and steel plates with a thickness of less than 5mm.
7. Rubber head material, paper mill twisted rope.

Installation & Training
If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
