Our line of tyre recycling plants is mainly for waste tires with a diameter of 400-3000 mm. The production capacity reaches 200-10,000 kg/h, while the granules' diameter is 5-100 mesh.

Solution Introduction
Our Tyre & Rubber Recycling Solution efficiently processes and recycles various types of Tyre, bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, truck tires, engineering tires, Car Tires, Truck Tires etc.
Rubber materials, including used tires and industrial rubber waste, are collected and sorted based on their type, size, and condition.
The sorted rubber materials are fed into a powerful shredding system, typically a dual-shaft or hammer crusher, which breaks them down into smaller, more manageable pieces.
After shredding, the rubber pieces pass through a magnetic separator to remove any ferrous metals, such as steel belts in tires.
The cleaned rubber pieces are then processed through a granulator, which further reduces them into fine granules or crumb rubber.
Advanced purification techniques are employed to remove any remaining impurities, such as textile fibers or other non-metallic contaminants.

Process Flow
1. Chain Conveyor
The chain conveyor is designed to transport industrial waste materials steadily and efficiently to the next stage. This conveyor ensures a continuous and controlled flow of materials, preventing blockages and ensuring smooth operation.
2. Double Shaft Shredder
Our double-shaft shredder is used to shred the waste materials into smaller, more manageable pieces. Equipped with robust, imported blades, this shredder ensures thorough and reliable shredding of various materials, preparing them for further processing.
3. Hammer Crusher
The crusher further reduces the size of the shredded materials. This step is crucial for breaking down the materials into even finer particles, which facilitates easier handling and more efficient separation in subsequent stages.
4. Feeder
The feeder ensures that the materials are evenly distributed and delivered at a controlled rate, optimizing the performance of the separation process.
5. Magnetic Separator
The magnetic separator is responsible for removing ferrous metals from the material stream. Utilizing a powerful magnetic field, it effectively separates iron and steel components, ensuring that only non-ferrous and non-metallic materials move on to the next stage.
6. Rubber Granulation:
The cleaned rubber pieces are then processed through a granulator, which further reduces them into fine granules or crumb rubber. This stage is essential for producing a uniform and high-quality recycled rubber product that can be used in various applications.

Installation & Training
If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
