Typical process flow
Typical process flow – conversion of feedstuff into feed pellets:
A) Milling → B) Mixing → C) Conditioning D) Pelletizing → E) Cooling → F) Bagging
The above process flow involves the following main machines:
A) Hammer Mill : Crush the raw materials into particle size.
B) Mixer : Evenly mix different materials. It will be much helpful to produce high-quality and uniform feed pellets.
C) Steam boiler : It produces hot steam to soften the materials. It is optional for Buyer according to actual situation.
D) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make suitable feed pellets for different poultry and animals.
E) Cooler : Cool down hot wood pellets, not higher than room temperature 3-5 ℃.
F) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.
The complete feed pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
A) Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

Φ3-4mm feeding pellets: rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, birds, peacocks, aquatic fish, etc.
Φ5-6mm feeding pellets : pig, cattle, sheep, dogs, horses, etc.
Φ7-12mm feeding pellets : fish bait, large birds and other large animals.

Installation & Training
If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
