Introduction

Ring Die Pellet Mill is used in medium to large-scale pellet production in biomass industry.
HC-Industry Pellet Mill has a modular design, and it can be adapted perfectly to diverse raw materials and requirements.
They are widely used to process wood waste, EFB(palm fiber), straw, rice husk, bamboo, sugarcane bagasse,mushroom residue, forage grass, cotton residue, cassava, etc.

The capacity of HC-Industry Horizontal Ring Die Pellet Mill is from 1-3 tons/hour, depending on the type of machine and raw material.
All HC-Industry Pellet Mills have comprehensive standard and safety devices. This includes the permanent magnets, shear pins and overload protection, cooling system, soft-start system, safety switches and much more.

7. Strengthen the working intensity of main parts by materials selection, heat treatment and other technologies, which ensure the machine can meet the pelletizing requirements of diverse biomass materials.
8. Directly lubricate the main parts through main shaft without stopping the pellets production.
9. Soft-start system and overload protection in electrical cabinet.

China has become the global center for biomass equipment manufacturing and processing, with a huge die forging workshop, advanced ring die vacuum quenching furnace, and a complete production chain including several auxiliary equipment manufacturers. HC-Industry has demonstrated its professional strength in the field of biomass equipment manufacturing with independent modern CNC machining centers and the adoption of internationally advanced technologies. Installation & Training

If necessary, we can send a technical team oversea to guide your installation and support you start up the line. Generally, including 2 mechanical engineer,1 electrician and 1 translator. It will take about 30-40 days to finish the installation in general. After installation, we will take charge of the single equipment debugging, whole line debugging, and test running with materials. We also provide clients with testing data reports of installation and operation for confirmation. We will ensure all the line can regularly run under the condition of full load before our technical team leave.
